Beth Arvo was excellent. She was a second set of eyes. She made sure to look at the location not just the house as I travel a bit and I wanted a secure location for late returns or early mornings. Beth's knowledge of the construction side is a huge plus. She was able to review homes with material that may have had a recall and would have to be checked out before the sale. She reviewed the dates and times of the home build and the last updates for me. She understood quickly my desire to not work on a ton, but also want to put a stamp of me into the home. Beth quickly realized as much as we may need to be in a different city due to market conditions, I am not a morning person so getting to work on time is a personal challenge. I think Beth kept a personal chime going on her phone as we were looking at homes in my general area the moment they were listed. She would drive past a home that was not on the market but had a sign and call immediately if the home carried my requirements and location. Beth even did virtual walks with me while I was out of state. She caught on my desire for light and airy feels in a home, and my honest love of the older homes which may be more than I could undertake and fix in this time of my life. She did excellent of reigning me in when I got too far out of my capabilities and talked thru what I liked about it before proceeding. Beth Arvoy, trusted realtor to me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for homes in the Elkhart, Bristol, Goshen South Bend area.
